Important Notice — Private Member Activities
Farmstead Collective operates activities and experiences offered to members and invited guests under a private membership framework. This is not a commercial venture open to the general public, but rather a private collective built on mutual understanding and voluntary participation.
All participation occurs on a working rural property and involves inherent risks associated with agricultural environments, livestock, equipment, and the natural landscape. By choosing to participate, you acknowledge that you are doing so voluntarily, with full awareness of these conditions, and by private agreement between members.

Animals & Unpredictable Behaviour
I acknowledge that animals are living beings with unpredictable behaviour, instincts, and responses that cannot be fully controlled or anticipated. Even well-trained and calm animals may react unexpectedly to changes in their environment, the presence of unfamiliar people, or factors beyond human perception.
Animals may kick, bite, scratch, charge, or move suddenly without warning. They may react to noise, movement, weather conditions, other animals, or stimuli that humans cannot detect. This unpredictability is an inherent characteristic of working with livestock and animals in their natural environment.
