Our story begins with a simple belief: that when people come together with purpose, when they connect deeply with the earth beneath their feet, and when they share knowledge across generations, extraordinary things happen.
Who We Are
New Earth Alliance (NEA) is a not-for-profit Private Membership Association dedicated to reconnecting people with the land, with each other, and with practical skills for a resilient future.
We serve as an umbrella for community projects, workshops, and experiences that bring learning, creativity, and wellbeing together in rural settings and legacy on the land.
Our approach is grounded in respect for Country, sustainable practices, and the understanding that true prosperity comes from strong communities working in harmony with nature.

To provide safe and inclusive spaces for hands-on learning where people of all backgrounds can discover new skills and deepen their connection to the natural world.

To support community wellbeing through meaningful connection with land and animals, fostering healing and growth through nature-based experiences.
Generational Resilience
To cultivate resilience, stewardship, and belonging across generations, ensuring knowledge and wisdom flow between young and old.

Our work comes alive through three interconnected projects, each addressing different aspects of community resilience and connection. Together, they create a comprehensive approach to learning, healing, and growth.
The Farmstead Collective
Learning Through the Land
Farm discovery days, hands-on workshops, birthday celebrations, and creative paint parties that bring families and communities together in beautiful rural settings.
Rural Women's Empowerment Project
Connection and Support
Dedicated programs supporting rural women through connection, skill-sharing, and empowerment initiatives that strengthen our regional communities.
ALCHEMY- RURAL MEDIATION
Succession Planning and Legacy for Rural Families.
Dedicated to facilitating hard conversations between rural families, landholders and shareholders and creating private agreement through private treaty.
