Pinnacle park is a pretty special place. Nestled between the mighty Barron River and sitting at the base of the Seven Sisters Cindercones, it has a very healing energy about it. So, we thought we might as well offer members the experience the gift of slowing down through gentle energy healing and farm immersion.
At Pinnacle Park, we offer the gift of slowing down. Sometimes, all that's needed is to sit quietly on the land, breathe deeply, and soak in the atmosphere of the farm. We have the studio/retreat space for chill time, to read a book, paint or write. Or just hang with the animals. Here you may also choose simple, unstructured "farm time" for grounding and reflection, or you may step into a guided energy healing experience with Sasha.
Sasha works with traditional Usui Reiki, a gentle Japanese energy healing practice that restores balance, reduces stress, and supports the body's natural ability to heal. Reiki can be experienced in person here on the farm, or offered as a distance healing, reaching you wherever you are.
The farm animals may also be invited into the healing space. Horses, cows, goats, and even the smaller companions carry their own medicine. Their heartfields — the natural electromagnetic energy radiating from their hearts — are known to support human wellbeing.
Horses
Horses mirror presence and truth.
Cows
Cows bring grounding and nurturing stability.
Goats
Goats remind us of playfulness and resilience.
Birds & Small Animals
Birds and other small animals bring lightness and curiosity.
Each session is unique and may include animal partners, quiet farm immersion, or a simple Reiki treatment. Members can choose the form that feels right for them.
This offering is part of the Farmstead Collective and is available to members of the COOEE Rural Women's Empowerment Project, giving women access to farm-based healing, circles, and empowerment programs.
